We’re super excited to let you all know about 2 great new websites we just recently launched: Copper Cloud Ranch and Cool Kids Chairs (say that fast 5 times).

Copper Cloud Ranch

Copper Cloud Ranch is a ranch located in Page, AZ, and provides awesome trail rides around Lake Powell. It’s owned and operated by ranchers, and expert horse trainers Dell Timpson and Dennis Darger. If you’ve ever been on a trail ride where you had to show up at a certain time to join a bunch of strangers, then ride a horse that will only follow a certain other horse—or always has to run ahead of a certain other horse—you’ve only experienced a very inferior horse riding, cowboy experience.

These horses will go where you, the rider wants them to go, and will allow you the freedom and experience of working with a great animal. No strangers, other than the excellent and friendly cowboy guides of course.

We designed their brand new site to look modern, classy, and easy to use, while also evoking the spirit of the Old West and specifically the rugged beauty of Lake Powell area. Cool Kids Chairs

We were put in touch with Gayla Perkins a while back. She had a problem: great products in an eStore that didn’t look so great, and definitely wasn’t searching well. Cool Kids Chairs sells exactly what it sounds like: awesome chairs for kids. Plus rocking horses, table sets, toy chests, and a lot more great stuff. This isn’t your typical K-Mart fare though. It’s high-quality and built to last. Plus a lot of it’s customizeable: you can have your child’s name embroidered or silk-screened on various chairs and pieces of equipment Gayla sells.

We were able to work with Gayla and find a price point that met both her budget and her most immediate needs: a great looking design, and search engine optimization. The combination accomplishes to goals every website owner should be looking for: first, it helps people start finding her store when they search for children’s chairs and similar products on Google and other search engines (SEO); and second, it helps people feel comfortable purchasing from her store, once they arrive there.

Poor designs make people question the legitimacy of the business, and therefore they’re hesitant to purchase. They don’t want to get ripped-off by putting their credit card into some website designed only to take their money. The same applies for websites that are designed to get customers to come to a physical store: they won’t waste their time visiting, if your website doesn’t look professional.

After quite a bit of work, we were able to export all the product data, and import it into our eStore solution. We then created a great new design that looks great, and is SEO optimized around children’s chairs, table sets, recliners, etc. Plus, we even built it around a design that’s what’s called “responsive.” Responsive means that it looks great at almost any size: smart phone, iPod, tablet, and other device users can view, navigate, and purchase just as easily as on a full-size computer.
