This is just one of the “housekeeping” posts to tell you about updates around here. One is really cool, and we’re super excited about it, so we hope you’ll read at least that much.
We mentioned in some of our other posts that we haven’t announced all the new sites we’ve launched of late. However, we have added them to our Portfolio along with some other great stuff such as a “Before & After: Websites” section for websites. So visit our Portfolio page, and when you click a tile, notice that there may be multiple image in the gallery that pops up.
For example, if you click the “Memory Ranches” image (which we’re going to announce soon with a proper post & case study) you can click to the right side of the image that pops up to view more shots of what we built for them. Make sure to click the “Before & After: Websites” gallery to see some FiddlerStudios sites before we completely redesigned them, as well as how they look now, afterward.
Our contact page used to just be a simple email form. It’s still pretty simple, but it now it’s a little fancier and more user friendly, plus has a few options built-in to make sure your messages to us are routed to the right person. That’ll save us time and effort, and get you a quicker response. You can go check it out, just don’t hit “Send” unless you really want to message us
We’ve also added our direct phone numbers to that page, so you can just give us a quick call if that’s easier.
This is our informal announcement of our Fiddler Support system. We’ve been working on it for a while and have slowly been having more and more clients use it. So far it’s working great, and will help us keep everything tracked and organized better, so we can provide you, our clients, with faster and more accurate support. It also allows you to setup the subscription for your monthly (or semi-annual or annual) support package. Here’s a video of how to login and setup the subscription for your site:
If you’d like to access our new support system to setup your website’s recurring support subscription, or just to submit a ticket so we can update or fix something on your site, please use the Contact form I mentioned and use the following options
- Are you currently a FiddlerStudios client? Select “Yes”
- Do you have an account on our support site? Select “No”
Then finish filing out the form with your website’s URL and click “Send.” It’ll come directly to me, and I’ll get your account setup on Fiddler Support.
