Van’s Websites had been infected by malware. Though the efforts of our whole team, and the help of some great customers, we were able to first eliminate the malware, then track down and identify the security breech that allowed it to get in. Once we’d identified it. We eliminated the breech and everything is safe and secure now.
So if you were a Van’s Websites client and were seeing security warnings when trying to visit your website, or had other people complaining about it, the problem is now fixed! You shouldn’t see any more of those security warnings, and all sites are completely safe to visit and use.
Whew! I stayed up some late nights figuring this one out and fixing it. So glad we could get it taken care of.
